| This is a very well maintained building with direct access to one of the finest sandy beach locations on Oahu. There are three parking spaces with-in the building complex for guests. Vendors / repair people must apply / ask at front desk for parking instructions. The apartments in the building that are available for rent may not be rented for less that 30 days at a time, minimum, as per house rules. Contact Agent's for updates. Some of the apartment units have been connected together allowing for owners to bring 2 or 3 apartments together, thus having a single apartment with a larger square footage. The four apartments in the Colony Surf Building that are oceanfront & offer sunset views are the 01,02,03 & 04 units. The other five apartments in the Colony Surf Building that do-not offer sunset views are the 05, 06, 07, 08 & 09 units.
