Offers fantastic unobstructed views of turquoise ocean waters from the 18-foot wide window opening in the living room area. You also have a large 10 wide opening to the ocean from the bedroom too . Please review photographs !! Sunset views from this suite are incredible. This large 1,575 approx. square foot apartment was recently redone totally from A to Z. It is newly re-furbished & is fully equipped. The apartment offers a two-bedroom two-bathroom area.

The living room area sofa turns into a large bed with access to a full bathroom. The separate bedroom also has it's own private bathroom as well. This building has no air conditioning but you get a chance to enjoy the tropics, as they should be, Hawaiian Style,,, with soft cool trade winds flowing through the suite….

The apartment's location & its windows facing " makai" (ocean) allow the cooling Hawaiian trade winds to gently flow through the entire apartment. The unit's two bedroom designation however is meant to distinguish its larger 1,575 + square foot floor area to other smaller units in the building. This one bedroom apartment was a one bedroom and a studio apartment that were redone together into a large roomy two bedroom / two bath property.

The Colony Surf Ltd. provides many amenities to its guests, including direct access to the finest white sand beach in the area, fine dining at the romantic Michel's Restaurant located on the building's beach level off the lobby, secured entry with 24 hour security & an elegant lobby tastefully decorated with travertine marble floors, white marble walls, traditional furniture, sweeping curved staircase, & fresh tropical flower arrangements.
